DAUGHTER WIFE MOM THERAPIST COACH LEADER GUIDE
I am a Colorado Native with a deep love of traveling and learning from people of different cultures. I’ve had the privilege of traveling and working abroad, which has shaped my perspective and grown my appreciation for diverse ways of life.
My husband and I have been married for 27 years and counting, and we have a gaggle of kids ranging from ages 16 to 25 – 3 biological and 5 bonus. All of them have challenged my thinking and made me a better person. My favorite place to be is near water- walking on a beach, sitting beside a stream, or out on my Paddle Board. I’m teased for my deep love of books and rich conversations. My favorite times are spent with family and friends, whether one-on-one for coffee or in big groups. Relationships fuel me. I love people, building relationships, and connecting in community. I am a safe space for people to process life, wrestle with hard questions, get unstuck, and develop their strengths.
Faith is an essential part of my life, and I have a core belief that each individual gets to choose where and how their own faith journey is explored. I honor and respect each person’s path.
I am fully affirming of the LGBTQ+ community and committed to cultural humility in working with all people.
I love helping people discover and develop tools to deepen their strengths and find freedom from the patterns that keep them stuck. Being invited as a companion in another’s journey is an honor.

Approach
My approach to therapy, and coaching focuses on the clients strengths. I’m a big fan of systems theory because no one lives in a vacuum. We both influence and are influenced by our surroundings. Curiously examining the systems we live in helps us understand what has shaped us, our strengths and some of the barriers that keep us stuck.
I am a therapist and coach that seeks to first listen and understand what you want to gain from our sessions. Then I seek empower you to build tools to find the healing and growth you are seeking. Our sessions together are a very small part of your day to day life, but if you increase your tools to use outside of our sessions, more and more of your life is positively impacted
Together, we curiously explore your journey as an individual, part of a family, team, or organization.
We find, name, and develop your strengths. Then, we discover how to use these strengths to help you get unstuck and continue to grow.
